Syaoran once made a choice to turn back time, so he
could save Sakura from dying, eventhough he knew what the consequences of his
choice. Then the worst came, he’s trapped, his time and power were wrenched, and
he’s cloned. Not only that, his choice affected others. Fay was born as a twin,
a kind of curse symbolized a misfortune. Kurogane’s parents got killed, and
made him an orphan. These events happened because Syaoran decided to ruin the
foundation of human law ‘turning back the time’. If we see this from others' perspective, this is selfish, but for Syaoran, this is the only thing he could
do to save Sakura, because Sakura’s death is also an unfairness.
So, what’s this about Syaoran, his choice and the
consequences? Well, soon I’ll face a same situation, to bear the consequences
of my choice. Even I say ‘will’, it’s not something I can change, no matter
how scared I’m, no matter how much I wish I can change it, because I’m in a position with no power. Rather than complaining, I know it will be better if I make a
preparation and be ready, but for now, please let me..just once..to take a deep
breath and regret this decision. As time by, whatever will be, will be. It’s
okay, I believe at least it once happened to everyone, and the best thing from
the difficult choice is, there’s always a lesson to learn.
And I hope..in the end, it’s not actually a choice I
will regret, but a choice I will be thankful for..
